We think that it is not fair that people who have their birthday's in the holidays don't get to have a special morning tea with you.
We want to see if we can arrange a morning tea with the people who have their birthdays in the holidays. Do you think we could talk more about this so we can figure it out?

ReplyDeleteThank you for your letter. You are right, it is not fair that children miss out on morning tea.
The morning tea is a new idea which I started last week and I will be having morning tea with children who have a birthday during the school holidays. If your birthday was in the long summer holiday, you will have morning tea with me at the end of the year in term 4. There are so many children who have birthdays in the summer break that it was too hard to fit them all in. So sorry that you will have to wait, but hopefully it is something to look forward to. :-)
