Sparkle - Nick the runner

I am proud of my running because last year I was slower and this year I am faster. I know this because I practice all the time and I got first in the cross country and the duathlon.

    Nick is a good runner because he came first in the duathlon. He runs really really fast. He is a good writer because he writes lots.
